Hi, my name is Nguyễn Thảo Hương (English: Thao Huong Nguyen). I have recently obtained a Master’s degree in Information at the University of Michigan, in the Human-Computer Interaction track. I am looking for a position in User Experience Design. My undergraduate education was completed at Cornell College in Computer Science, with minors in Art History and English.
I have held Software Development and UX internships, as well as completed school projects with solutions that are currently deployed. I am additionally trained in drawing, observational painting, and making comics. EDUCATION Masters of Information at the University of Michigan, 2016-2018

USER EXPERIENCE EXPERIENCE
Every project is different and every stage of a project demands different sets of tools. I have many of those tools. I can interview stake holders, write user stories, compose use cases, design flowcharts and sitemaps, produce wireframes, draw interaction maps and conduct surveys and usability tests.
Some projects require different sets of skills. I can write code as well as communicate with developers. I can read and organize complex documentation, and I have collaborated well with people from the private, public and non-profit sectors.
